January was pretty busy, what with exhibiting the new Curlicue Coasters at InteriorsUK 2012 and working on new commissions. January 2012 already! This is going to be a good year for the studio, with big plans and lots of work already on the go. This month I'll be exhibiting at InteriorsUK 2012 with the always amazing Designersblock. I'll be supplying some innovative coasters developed with Graphic Relief, who are well worth checking out. Beyond that there's a few private commisions that are in the pipeline - one will be finished by the end of the month so we'll have some pictures up soon, with the others at the development stage. Finally, the interview that I won with Lancia Trend Visions as part of the Auction Room is nearly ready and should be published very soon - exciting times!

From the 28th - 30th October I'll be exhibiting at the Islington Contemporary Art and Design Fair at Candid Arts on Torrens St in Angel. Tomorrow evening, the 21st September sees the opening of the Auction Room Exhibition at the Farmiloe Building, St. Johns Street, EC1M 4BE. Curated by Mariana Pestana in conjunction with Designersblock, it will see the work of a group of emerging and established designers used to dress a space into an auction room. Come Sunday every piece in the room will be auctioned off in return for goods or services, with no monetary bids allowed.
